ingredients:
- 1500 gr high protein wheat flour
- 915 ml cold water
- 15 gr instant yeast
- 25 gr salt
- 80 gr sugar
- 40 gr non fat milk powder
- 50 gr white butter
- 3 gr bread improver
- Mix all dry ingredients (wheat flour, sugar, yeast, salt, bread improver and milk) , pour the water and stir until well combined, then pour the butter, and mix it until smooth and elastic
- Cover the bowl of batter for 30 minutes with plastic
- Divide dough into 3 , with each weight 550 gr, shape it became balls
- Let it for 15 minutes
- press dough, roll and shape it like roll cake
- Let it for 1 hour
- Bake in 215-220 celcius degree oven about 25 minutes
- remove from pan and cool it
